The Wanderer

For years a wanderer searched for eternal joy
Walking along liars and thieves who only cloyed,
She
 followed a
         journey
               that carried no
                              direction
Her purpose and hope slowly began to lose connection,
Once all of her will had finally withered away
Something called out to her through the haze of disarray
"The item you seek is not something to be bought
It is not a physical battle that needs to be fought.
In this selfish act we have lost our lifestyle
But strong faith runs through us, it's time we reconcile.
The item you thought you were missing, was a partner
Someone to stand with you as a shield and armor
The place you never believed could ever be found
Is the home where your family will one day sound."

Years spent hunting and all she ever needed was that forceful shove
To show her the true power of love.
